Poetif - Poetic Music

Music has always been a passion of mine. R&B Hip Hop in particular. So who or what is Poetif? Well Poetif is a poet. The goal is to revive hip hop with a sound that is unique but reminiscent of the hip hop of old. There is nothing like poetry. Music is simply the accomplice to good poetry. The issue is that todays R&B Hip Hop doesn't really focus on the real poetry but rather, a catchy beat and elementary hook. This conscious & lyrical approach will eventually help spread the poetry of poetif behind the music of "Champ".
